Martina Ferlin

Martina leverages a great attention to detail, precision and curiosity and displayed an interest in science and foreign languages early on in her life.

Before moving to Jersey from Italy, she obtained a BSc in Physics from the University of Milan and started her career as an analyst in a global consulting firm.

During her time with the global consulting firm Martina worked in consulting, operations and service reliability management on large-scale projects involving daily interactions with both clients and development teams. Her strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills along with a wider view on the application lifecycle enabled her to direct the offshore technical team to manage both standard operations and urgent incidents.

Upon joining the Nexus team, Martina has decided to shift her focus to software development, in a quest to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
