Madeleine Maddison
Madeleine has over 15-years experience across a variety of organisations, including large retail and private banks, International law firms, charitable trusts, trust companies and local businesses.
Madeleine has a strong emphasis on helping organisations operate more efficiently through operating model/business process analysis and re-design. She is skilled in identifying opportunities and offering project based solutions to companies of any size.
With such a broad experience in a variety of sectors, Madeleine is able to look at the human element of change and how it affects people within organisations. She identifies key areas of risk and growth while managing and leading people from one solution to another.
She focuses on business analysis as well as project management including: new trust company set-up, DMS integration/consolidations, Software design (in house development), Software implementations (including Navision, Viewpoint, IntApp Time and Open), Data warehouse development and MI design and delivery.
Madeleine’s commitment to deliver projects on time and on budget, as well as a wider promise to help clients through the change process, makes her a key player in the Nexus team.
