Paul Read
Paul is a senior IT professional with a wealth of experience in Microsoft technology stack and a proven record of accomplishment in public and private sectors. He has full IT development life-cycle expertise including team and resource management, IT architecture and technology strategy, requirements gathering, business analysis, application design, application development, development processes, platform migration and system support and maintenance.
As both a team player and team leader, Paul’s technical knowledge and analytic skills enable him to deliver IT projects which result in real business change for clients. He is able to articulate and present complex information to colleagues and business contacts at all levels within an organisation.
Paul specialises in the integration of business systems and is particularly interested in data informatics and document management systems which provide timely management information and allow users to use systems in an efficient and effective way.
Paul holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) and B.Sc. (Hons) degrees from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
